Campaign: Israel still holds remains of 379 Palestinians

HEBRON (Ma'an) -- After the remains of 91 Palestinians were repatriated by Israel on Thursday, the national campaign to recover all bodies held by Israel said at least 379 others still remain in Israeli custody.

Since the 1960s, Israel has withheld the bodies of hundreds of Palestinians, interred in numbered, rather than named, graves in a cemetery in the occupied West Bank's Jordan Valley.

Amin Al-Bayed, the Hebron coordinator of a national campaign to recover the bodies, said they had collected files of 470 Palestinians held by Israel after death.

The campaign called on all Palestinians to submit information to the campaign to pass on to the International Committee of the Red Cross, and for a legal case at the Supreme Court.

israel will claim there is a danger of recivitism by these dead. Many are probably innocent of any crime except being Palestinian. israel is criminal.

#1) Mel/USA.... Don't worry Mel they will all be charged, it's only a question of time. All dictators including Israeli occupiers will receive their punishment becuase they will not be able to hide except within fortified Israel. Humnan rights organisations are already collecting evidecne which will be presented at the appropriate time. Patience is a virtue. It shows Israeli brutality towards palestinains even after death and then ask question from us as to why people don't like Israeli's.

#5 - Same can be said about you, Arnold re: Palestine/Palestinians. Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, even if it makes others unhappy. Don't be surprised if Israel withholds the rest of the bodies, after all they are the Masters of Deceit...

It's always possible there's not much positive to be said. I've often observed that I've never read one hundred consecutive words in support of Israel that didn't contain at least one lie -- and I've only encountered one supporter of Israel who struck me as basically a nice guy.

To employ an analogy, AKeenReader could be accused of the equivalent of monotonously denouncing child abuse. Arnold monotonously defends it. There ISN'T anything good to be said about Israel. It's an utterly vile entity, founded on lies.
