Center: Israel releases disabled detainee

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Israel on Monday released a tetraplegic detainee after imprisoning him for 12 years, the Waed prisoners association said.
Waed director Saber Abu Karsh told Ma'an that Muhammad Abu Labadeh, 35, spent 12 years in Israel's Ramle prison.
Abu Labdeh was released to the Erez crossing on the Gaza border and taken to Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, Abu Karsh said.
