EL-ARISH, Egypt (Ma'an) -- Egyptian forces on Thursday detained a Palestinian man at the Rafah border crossing with the Gaza Strip, a security official said.

An Egyptian security officer told Ma'an that the 53-year-old man was born in Gaza but holds Moroccan citizenship. He is wanted by Egypt on suspicion of reneging on financial commitments to a guarantor in Qatar.
