RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- An investigation has been opened into a fire that erupted Wednesday at a government building in Ramallah, a civil defense spokesman said.

Firefighters managed to control the fire at the ministries complex, which is still under construction, Luay Odeh told Ma'an.

There were no injuries and the cause of the fire has not been established, he added.
