The activists entered Gaza from Egypt on Saturday.
EL-ARISH, Egypt (Ma’an) – A delegation of 40 international solidarity activists from different countries entered the Gaza Strip on Saturday afternoon via Egypt’s Rafah crossing.

The activists are part of the international aid convoy Miles of Smiles 14.

Gaza Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh welcomed the group upon their arrival, stressing that such aid convoys confirm that the Palestinian people are not alone confronting the Israeli occupation.

The group left humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip which will be sent later.

The aid includes, according to the source, 14 vehicles for disabled people in addition to medicines and an x-ray machine. The cargo is being checked at Alexandria port.

I thought Gaza was under a strict blockade by air and road.

you 'ld like that Gaza would be under a strict blockade by air and road, but in Egypt now there is a new gov and the things are changing.

It's actually air, sea, and land with one crossing open on Egypt border. A blockade and collective punishment, check with any human rights organziation and they will say the same.
