BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Five people were killed and several injured in an Israeli airstrike on south Gaza late Sunday, Ma'an's reporter said.

Sabha al-Hashash, 60, was killed and three others wounded when warplanes struck the home of Mahmoud al-Hashash in Rafah. The wounded were taken to hospital with moderate injuries.

A second airstrike hit an area in the north of Rafah, killing Ahmad Hussein Agha and Saif al-Sadiq and injuring one other person.

An attack on a car in Miraj neighborhood in Rafah killed Mohammad Shaath, 20, and one other who has not been identified, Gaza emergency services official Adham Abu Salmiya said.
