Fuad al-Shamsi said that they were surprised when they headed to their lands as they do every Saturday when a group of settlers were shepherding sheep in their lands which is planted with blooming trees.

When farmers tried to enter their own lands, settlers attacked them and released their dogs toward them, frightening young children. Israeli forces looked on but did not intervene.

Mohammad Mahmoud al-Shamaste, 45, Mahmoud Mohammad al-Shamaste, 25, were held for half an hour and then released.

Farmers said that Israeli forces announced that the lands of Susiya is a closed military zone. Farmers accused settlers of trying to confiscate their land and include it within Susiya's nearby settlement.

Honestly, both sides must find the strength to accept, that THE ONLY WAY OUT OF THIS UGLY SITUATION IS to restart, and unlike Oslo continue, the proccess to the end: 1- Talks leading to Negotiations, 2- Negotiations leading to Compromise, 3- Compromise leading to Agreement, and 4- Agreement leading to both ENDING THE CONFLICT & ACCEPTING PEACE, even if return, capitals, and borders are less than desired !!

The settlers? By stealing, by chasing out poor farmers, by imposing their bigot "laws" on occupied peoples - shall I go on?
